$75 US per day plus 12.962% state taxes until July 1st-Minimum 3 Nights
$75 US per day plus 13.962% state taxes after July 1st-Minimum 3 Nights
$490 US per week plus 12.962% state taxes until July 1st-Minimum 7 Nights
$490 US per week plus 13.962% state taxes after July 1st-Minimum 7 Nights
$1,725 US monthly rate plus 12.962% state taxes until July 1st-Month Minimum
$1,725 US monthly rate plus 13.962% state taxes after July 1st-Month Minimum

Refundable after unit is checked and keys are returned as directed.
Building and Unit Policies will be emailed before booking is confirmed.
No smoking in unit or on lanai.
All deposits will be forfeited if anyone smokes in the unit or on the lanai.
